Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Maryland Occupational Therapy license
• Experience or interest in school-based OT, particularly with infants, toddlers, or early childhood populations
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Compassion and flexibility to serve a diverse student population
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, caregivers, and fellow therapists

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental evaluations and ongoing assessments for infants and toddlers referred through child find
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services per individual plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom and home routines
• Educate and support families, caregivers, and educators regarding interventions and progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with program and legal standards
• Participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings and team discussions
• Contribute to a welcoming, supportive school environment
