Employment Litigation Paralegal

Are you an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal looking to join a dynamic legal team? We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to support attorneys in all phases of employment litigation—from case preparation to trial. What You’ll Do Assist attorneys throughout all phases of employment litigation, with case preparation, discovery, document review, and trial support. Draft, prepare, and file legal documents in state and federal courts; not limited to drafting, organizing, and managing pleadings, correspondence, affidavits, subpoenas, and other litigation materials. Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and client communications in a fast-paced legal environment. Conduct factual investigations and legal research as needed. Assist with trial preparation, mediations, depositions, and settlement conferences. Coordinate and communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and internal team members. Provide bilingual support for client communication, document review, and translation as needed. Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures. What We’re Looking For 3 + years of prior plaintiff-side litigation experience required, preferably in employment law. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred. Strong knowledge of New York State and federal court procedures preferred. Experience with e-filing in New York state and federal courts. Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff. Why Join Us?
