Commercial Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations, drive revenue growth, and develop key business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, business development, and supplier relations within the retail or home furnishings industry. This role requires a results-driven leader with a keen understanding of market trends and a proven track record of driving profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals. Lead negotiations with suppliers, hotels, and service providers to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals. Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels. Build and manage a high-performing sales and account management team. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine commercial approaches. Oversee pricing strategies, inventory management, and margin optimization. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support growth initiatives. Prepare and present commercial reports to the executive team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Commercial Director, Head of Sales, Business Development Director, or a similar leadership role in retail, furniture, or related industries. Strong understanding of commercial strategies, market analysis, and business development. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience managing multi-functional teams, including sales and marketing. Strong financial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
