Project Context

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AxiomSL (ControllerView) Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in FR 2052a (Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report) and FR Y-15 (Banking Organization Systemic Risk Report) . This role will lead a comprehensive GAP analysis of the current data landscape against FR 2052a and FR Y-15 requirements, identifying data deficiencies and guiding stakeholders through data sourcing, mapping, and transformation strategy.

Business Analysis and IT Coordination

• Determine "as-is" vs. "to-be" data landscapes, identifying missing data fields, granularity issues, and data quality gaps for both reports
\n
• Partner with Finance business stakeholders to build a strong understanding of the bank's business lines and products
\n
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to data architects and upstream systems on the specific data elements requiring sourcing (transactional, counterparty, collateral, and balance sheet data)
\n
• Translate complex Federal Reserve regulatory instructions into clear Business and Functional Requirement Documents (BRD/FRD)
\n
• Develop detailed data mapping specifications from source systems to the Axiom Operational Data Store (ODS) and consolidated data model
\n

Required Experience

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
\n
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB)
\n
• Hands-on experience navigating AxiomSL (ControllerView)
\n
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of FR 2052a or FR Y-15 at a major banking institution
\n
• Strong knowledge of financial products
\n
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, and large dataset management
\n
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
