Channel Solutions Engineer – Logitech Logitech is seeking a dynamic Channel Solutions Engineer to accelerate growth in our Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Solutions Integration (SI) channel community. You will partner closely with Channel Account, Sales, and key Channel Partners to align advanced technology solutions with business impact and empower partners to become experts on Logitech’s product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and share best‑practice enablement materials (white papers, blog posts, training sessions) to help partners understand and sell Logitech video collaboration solutions. Host workshops, user groups, and events to showcase solutions and deepen partner expertise across multiple environments. Co‑create customized video collaboration solutions with partners, guiding hardware and software integration while ensuring performance, security, and cost‑effectiveness. Provide pre‑sales technical support: address technical questions, dispel objections, and supply insights that convert interest into sales. Deliver competitive analyses, case studies, and go‑to‑market collateral to enable partners to position Logitech solutions with confidence. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners; deepen relationships with existing ones to unlock new opportunities and drive revenue. Translate partner and market intelligence into actionable feedback for product and strategy teams. Maintain product knowledge through training and certifications; keep technical documentation up to date. Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and support teams to align goals and streamline partner success. Analyze sales data, partner performance, and market trends to refine strategies and improve partner outcomes. Qualifications & Experience Deep expertise in AV and integration technologies, including cameras, microphones, displays, and video conferencing platforms. Advanced AV integration, IT networking, cloud services, and foundational cybersecurity skills. Experience in Sales Engineering or related roles, using technology to design scalable solutions. Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams and enterprise customers. Strong communication skills for simplifying complex technical information to both senior management and technical audiences. Adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and a collaborative approach aligned with Logitech’s values. Technology certifications such as AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Microsoft are highly valued. Compensation OTE (base + variable bonus) typically between $125,000 and $260,000, depending on location and experience.
