Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique mental health concerns, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based on client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly review their progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual engagement, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all records are timely and precise.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a safe, trusting, and supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload along with administrative responsibilities.
