Whippy helps businesses grow without adding headcount by combining messaging, automation, AI agents, and VoIP into one unified workspace. Companies use Whippy to communicate with customers, automate workflows, and deploy AI-powered teammates for recruiting, sales, and support. We're a fast-moving, bootstrapped AI company used by 1,000+ businesses from national staffing agencies to modern pharmacies and we're scaling quickly.

This internship is structured as a learning experience with hands-on training and mentorship; there is no expectation of employment at the end of the term.

What You'll Do

• Manage real sales operations tasks under direct supervision.
• Keep HubSpot organized by cleaning data, updating CRM fields, and ensuring strong pipeline hygiene.
• Pull targeted prospect lists and support outbound efforts across industries.
• Research new verticals, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Help create dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decision-making.
• Support workflow documentation and internal processes as we scale.
• Optional exposure to strategy calls, founder meetings, and customer conversations.

Note: All responsibilities are designed to be educational and training-focused.

Schedule

23 days per week Hybrid, with at least 1 in-office day in Culver City or West Hollywood

Compensation

This internship is unpaid or stipend-based (depending on school credit requirements). It is designed primarily for training, education, and real-world exposure to the operations of a high-growth AI company.
