About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead a hotel in the Los Angeles market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability through strategic revenue generation, cost management, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. This role demands a visionary leader who can elevate brand identity, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure a world-class guest experience. Key responsibilities include providing strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments, maintaining a visible leadership presence, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
