Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, evaluating the nature, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, and develop personalized treatment plans in line with these evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to equip clients with tools for managing their mental health challenges.

• Engage clients and their families in educational sessions, fostering understanding of mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure aligned therapeutic goals and a positive trajectory in recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care approach, facilitating holistic treatment strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health, particularly related to mood disorders, to enhance both personal practice and overall clinic efficacy.

• Ensure all client records are meticulously maintained in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

• Participate in case consultations and professional development activities, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role includes supporting individuals and families undergoing challenges related to divorce and relationship issues. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults—all confronting significant emotional difficulties and seeking guidance through professional intervention. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
