Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a General Manager - Noe & FiveOneSix who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The General Manager - Noe & FiveOneSix reports directly to the Director of F&B and Assistant Director F&B and is responsible for managing the Noe Italian Restaurant and FiveOneSix the Resort's newest rooftop bar; Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.

What you will do:

• Ability to teach, lead and coach our Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar team to successful achieve five star and five diamond level service consistently.
• Strong guest engagement skills to effectively develop guest rapport and achieve strong guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark.
• Excellent cost management skills to meet restaurant outlet budget monthly.
• Innovative style to drive menu engineering, marketing, social media, entertainment, and restaurant creative.

What you will bring:

• College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years prior experience in a Department Head level position in food & beverage required.
• Strong Italian food and wine knowledge required
• Strong craft cocktail knowledge required
• Italian language skills preferred but not required
• Strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required.

Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Compensation: $100,000 - $105,000 per year
