Located in Robinson Landing, this one-of-a-kind destination features a lively industrial-chic pier anchored by retrofitted shipping containers and a cozy, intimate wine bar perfect for relaxing indoors. Sip handcrafted sangria, Spanish wines, and creative cocktails while savoring award-winning croquettes and Spanish-Mediterranean small plates inspired by flavors from across the region.Every interaction matters. As a BARCA Server, you'll create memorable dining experiences by delivering genuine hospitality, anticipating guest needs, and working seamlessly with your team. Position Responsibilities: What You'll DoCreate memorable guest experiences through genuine, attentive hospitality.Build rapport with guests, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service.Master the menu to recommend food, beverages, and pairings confidently.Enter orders accurately and ensure every detail is communicated to the kitchen and bar.Balance multiple tables while maintaining speed, accuracy, and composure.Resolve guest concerns with confidence, professionalism, and urgency.Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and kitchen teams to keep service flowing.Maintain a clean, organized section that is always guest-ready.Handle payments accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures.Uphold food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.Thrive during high-volume shifts while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.Look for opportunities to exceed expectations and create magic moments. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of server experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.Proven ability to manage multiple tables while delivering fast, accurate, and attentive service.Strong menu knowledge with the ability to confidently describe, recommend, and upsell food and beverages.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain urgency during peak service.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying composed and guest-focused.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to order accuracy and service standards.Confident problem-solver who takes ownership and finds solutions.Team player who communicates effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams.Reliable, professional, and adaptable with a positive attitude.Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and payments accurately.Food safety certification and alcohol-service certification as required by applicable state/local regulations.Must be able to speak and understand English. Physical Requirements: Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.Able to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.Able to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam, and heat.
