Registered Nurse Full Time Days

Company Overview ERC Pathlight is a leading provider of treatment for eating disorders and related conditions, offering evidence‑based, compassionate care across multiple locations nationwide and through virtual programs. Work Schedule Full Time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The role is located on the Partial Hospitalization Level of Care and may require on‑call shifts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs a full range of nursing services including assessment, care planning, administering treatment, and evaluating patient response to care in accordance with the patient’s treatment plan Performs initial intake assessment of new patients and discharge reconciliation and education Places, receives, and completes provider orders per ERCP policy Administers medications via multiple routes in accordance with ERCP policy and provider orders Performs phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point of care testing in accordance with ERCP policy and laboratory vendor protocols Places/maintains nasogastric tubes and administers enteral feeding Places/maintains intravenous access and administers intravenous fluids Performs wound care Documents all direct patient care, monitoring, and observation in the electronic medical record Supervises and delegates care to Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses and Behavioral Health Technicians Communicates and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan for each assigned patient Ensures care provided aligns with the individualized treatment plan and patient outcome goals Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings regarding patient progress toward treatment goals and planning for continued or changing clinical interventions Documents and reports to treatment team regarding patient status and progress Participates in training, teaching, and mentoring new nursing department teammates Responds to emergency situations until emergency medical services (EMS/911) arrive on scene Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse License in the state of employment (Required) Basic Life Support certification (Required) Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (Required) Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (Required) Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (Required) Preferred Qualifications 1 year+ working with patients in the mental health field (Preferred) Benefits Competitive compensation; comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; generous paid time off; parental leave benefits; retirement benefits; and tuition reimbursement.
