Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Chatsworth, CA. This role is a strong fit for an HR professional with recruiting coordination experience who enjoys supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play an important role in full-cycle recruiting support, interview coordination, candidate screening, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee support. This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative Human Resources team in a stable, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions, role requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Support recruiting efforts by assisting with job postings, applicant review, resume screening, and initial candidate phone screens.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, training coordination, benefits paperwork, HR documentation, and personnel file maintenance.
- Audit time cards for accuracy and update HR records in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
- Provide general HR and recruiting support to help maintain efficient hiring and employee support processes.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Chatsworth, CA.
