Brillio is looking for an Engineering Leader for our Salesforce practice to spearhead the evolution of our digital experiences. In this pivotal role, you will be a Salesforce subject matter expert, proposals, new business pursuits, asset development, complex solutioning, technical and thought leadership. You will collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional global teams and be a bridge between sales, delivery and our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and able to craft extraordinary digital experiences while also being customer facing and adding substantial business value.
Practitioner should engage with clients, participate in alliance and community forums, and shape solutioning for Salesforce led engagements, while also being partially billable on key strategic engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to accelerate technology modernization and adoption of AI for transforming their business processes across Front Office systems.
• Lead customer discussions, workshops, discovery engagements to build and win new business pipeline.
• Define and communicate the engineering vision and technology strategy for products, platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term organizational goals.
• Provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of complex Salesforce programs
• Influence executive stakeholders and organizational strategy by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
• Establish engineering KPIs, governance models, operating frameworks, and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance engineering velocity and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
• 7+ years of experience in a customer facing, pre-sales / solution architect, revenue generating role
• Salesforce architect certifications required in one or more: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, AI Data Cloud Consultant
• Strong experience in AI solutions on Salesforce platform and beyond.
• Excellent customer management and communication skills.
