This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys leading a classroom, building strong routines, and supporting early learning in a structured, play‑based environment. Our 3K program focuses on early literacy, social‑emotional development, independence, and school readiness through hands‑on learning and positive guidance. Key Responsibilities Lead a 3K classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment Implement daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
