MATERIALS AND STORES SUPERVISOR I (CORRECTIONAL FACILITY)

Job Overview Materials and Stores Supervisor I (Correctional Facility) at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego County. The incumbent reports to the Supervising Correctional Cook and is responsible for receiving, inspecting, counting, and distributing rations and supplies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting food service operations. The position is a 12‑month limited term, extendable up to 24 months or convertable to a permanent role. Responsibilities & Duties Under the direction of the Supervising Correctional Cook, the Materials and Stores Supervisor I is responsible for: Receiving, inspecting, and counting rations and supplies. Verifying receiving documents (Stock Received Reports, Std.115s, distribution and purchase documents) for accuracy. Delivering rations to designated areas. Overseeing the loading and unloading of distribution vehicles. Conducting regular inventories and maintaining storage areas.
