Production Supervisor Lead a High-Performing Team in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys developing employees, improving production performance, and driving a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

The Production Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring production goals are achieved efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise production and packaging employees during daily operations
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage employee schedules and staffing levels to support operational needs
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, and company policies
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to support plant performance
• Track production metrics and communicate results to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or food production environment
• Experience leading and developing hourly employees
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A hands-on leadership style with a focus on teamwork and accountability

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $96000.00/yr.
