We are looking for an HR Generalist to support a healthcare organization through a broad range of people operations activities. This contract to hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee relations, HR administration, recruiting coordination, and benefits-related work in a fast-paced environment. The role will partner with staff and leadership to help maintain compliant, responsive, and organized human resources processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for employee relations matters by answering HR questions, addressing workplace concerns, and escalating issues when appropriate.

• Manage core HR administrative processes, including maintaining personnel records, processing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, from pre-employment paperwork through orientation, to create a smooth and positive start experience.

• Assist with benefits administration by supporting enrollments, resolving employee questions, and helping maintain accurate benefit records.

• Update and manage information within the HRIS to ensure timely entry of employee changes, status updates, and compliance-related documentation.

• Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing hiring materials, and assisting with pre-employment steps.

• Partner with managers and internal stakeholders to help implement HR policies, procedures, and consistent employment practices.

• Contribute to special HR projects and process improvements, including activities related to system or workflow changes when needed.

• Experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR support role. (3+ years expereince)

• Working knowledge of employee relations practices, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits support.

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and confidence in maintaining accurate employee data.

• Experience assisting with recruiting coordination or corporate hiring processes.

• Understanding of HR compliance requirements and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
