Engineering Manager: Fraud Tech for Debit Payments
Vanguard
Vanguard is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Fraud Prevention Technology group to lead the debit fraud decisioning integration and related services. You will guide 3-6 engineers, drive the delivery roadmap for the processor integration layer, and contribute code alongside your team in a highly collaborative, payments-focused environment. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, architectural direction, and improving latency, reliability, and compliance in real-time fraud workflows.
