Bilingual Customer Service & Accounting RepresentativeExpress Employment Professionals is preparing to hire for a metal manufacturing company in the Bradenton/Sarasota area that is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Accounting Representative to support both front-line customer service operations and internal financial/accounting functions. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, customer-focused, and experienced in accounting or finance—especially in a manufacturing environment.This hybrid role requires a unique blend of interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and technical accounting knowledge.Customer Service Duties:Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service (English/Spanish), addressing customer needs, order requests, and delivery follow-ups promptlyBuild lasting customer relationships through clear, professional communicationIdentify sales opportunities and support customer development initiativesMaintain customer records in the Point of Sale (POS) systemAccept and process payments (cash, credit, debit)Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfactionAccounting & Financial Duties:Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliationsAssist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsPerform inventory cost accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goodsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of production variances and profitabilityEnsure compliance with tax laws and internal policiesAssist with audits, regulatory reporting, and fixed asset managementWork with production and supply chain teams to assess operational financial impactImprove accounting processes for greater accuracy and efficiencyQualifications:Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)2+ years of experience in customer service and/or accountingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferredStrong math skills and attention to detailProficient with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft OfficeEffective communicator with strong telephone and interpersonal skillsPrior experience in manufacturing or metal industry is a strong advantageCPA or equivalent certification is a plus (but not required)Call the Bradenton Express Employment Professionals office at View phone number on click.appcast.io to complete an application and interview — all over the phone!
