A growing manufacturer of premium pet food, treats, and toppers is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager - Pet to join its Scottsdale, AZ office. Backed by a well-established global company and expanding fast across the U.S., this team needs a proven key account leader who can grow distribution and build long-term retail partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Own HQ and regional relationships with national and regional retailers and distributors in the Pet Specialty channel
• Grow distribution and sales volume across assigned accounts
• Analyze PO and sales data to forecast, assess profitability, and find growth opportunities
• Lead customer business reviews and build compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Execute promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies with leadership
• Provide forecasts for production and demand planning; resolve customer issues
• Track competitive activity and market trends; manage expenses to budget

What You Bring

• Required: 5+ years of key account or national account management
• Required: Pet Specialty experience calling on PetSmart/Petco, OR Food/Drug/Mass experience with Costco, Walmart, Target, Hy-Vee, Kroger, or Sam's Club
• Required: local to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and able to commute to the office daily (onsite role)
• Experience calling on headquarters and managing distributor relationships
• Strong data analysis, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; valid driver's license; local/regional travel as needed
