Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, enabling our team members to work effectively from home while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients. You will work Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing some flexibility to best meet the needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at enhancing community understanding of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during acute mental health situations, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Educate patients on mental health diagnoses, treatment choices, and navigate community resources accurately and compassionately.

• Maintain discrete and precise documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to support patient care and facilitate continuity of treatment.

Qualifications\n
