Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work hours while maintaining a dedicated weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will receive ongoing support and resources from a collaborative team, including regular case consultations and access to professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Engage with clients regularly in individual and group therapy sessions, fostering therapeutic relationships and providing continuous support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is required to practice in the state of California.
