### Your mission ### As a Business Development Representative at UiPath, you will be responsible for account management of clients and partners. You will drive engagement through effective communication, both online and at in-person events, ensuring strong relationships and business growth. ### What you'll do at UiPath ### - Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients and partners - Engage clients and partners through online channels and in-person events - Identify opportunities for business expansion and cross-collaboration - Represent UiPath at industry events and partner meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to clients and partners ### What you'll bring to the team ### - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships - Experience engaging stakeholders both virtually and in person - Strong organizational and time management abilities ### Nice to have ### - Experience in the technology or automation industry - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
