Service ReceptionistThe all New Infiniti of Smithtown and Smithtown Nissan, both UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, are looking for a Service Receptionist.Description of the role:The Service Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Service Department. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departmentManage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organizedProvide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filingAssist with scheduling and coordinating appointmentsHandle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiencyRequirements:Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksProfessional and friendly demeanorReynold&Reynolds experienceX-time experienceCompetitive compensation of $16 - $18 per hourAbout the Company:The Tantillo Auto Group is a reputable automotive company located in St. James, New York.
