Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

Summary Serves as Facility Manager for Rocky Mountain National Park, member of the Leadership Team, advocates for park-wide priorities, and contributes to strategic and budgetary plans. Position open until 06/29/2026. Major Duties Serve on Park's Management Team and act as lead supervisor for the Facility Management Program. Oversee assets, operations, fleet, and project management. Ensure Facility Management staff adhere to safety protocols. Manage finances for the Facility Management Program. Guarantee compliance of Facility Management projects and activities. Operate as Emergency/Essential Personnel when required. Requirements U.S. citizenship required. Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication. Must comply with National Park Service uniform standards; a uniform allowance will be provided. Must be available for on‑call, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, shift work, and travel up to 5 nights per month. Must obtain and maintain a government charge card for travel purposes. Must complete a new entrant Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of appointment. Meet basic educational requirements: high‑school graduate or equivalent, or completion of approved vocational training. Meet time‑in‑grade and other federal employment eligibility provisions as prescribed.
