As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast‑paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon – 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Tue – 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Wed – 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Thur – 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Sun – 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating security‑related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, production areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols. Support day‑to‑day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and providing clear updates during shift handoff and/or when escalating concerns. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
