Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts regarding security‑related concerns. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious activity according to site guidelines. Support Allied Universal and site management with routine reporting, shift turnover communication, and other security‑related duties as assigned based on location needs. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
