Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.70 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and security‑related policies at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including operational areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery access in accordance with site requirements. Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Minimum Requirements Possess 6 or more months of security‑related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
