Staff Devleopment Coordinator, Registered Nurse

Harbor House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located just off of 3A in Hingham, is currently seeking a Full-Time Staff Development Coordinator/ICP (RN). Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Benefits for ICP/SDC 401k company match Tuition Reimbursement Paid Vacation and Holidays Shift Differentials Requirements for ICP/SDC Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills. Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred. Job Duties for ICP/SDC Assure appropriate utilization of resources necessary for the delivery of quality patient care Collecting/tracking of COVID testing within facility Staff education/orientation Communicate with other departments, patients, and families to ensure a coordinated interdisciplinary approach Oversee staff and assist when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr BaneCare Management
