Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and families, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that might include both group and individual approaches, ensuring a supportive environment to address various interpersonal and familial issues.

• Tackling complex issues such as grief and loss, conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to divorce or separation.

• Providing psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions focused on enhancing communication skills and resolving conflicts.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in line with compliance and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care that addresses the patient's physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

The clients you will support at Clear Horizons range from individuals to groups, encompassing diverse backgrounds and challenges. Your work will revolve around:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
