Title
Registered Nurse - Obstetrics

Schedule
Nights, 3x12 (1900-0730)
Rotating weekends (every other weekend)

Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks

Requirements
- Must have an active RN license in the state
- Minimum of 1 year acute hospital RN experience
- Required clinical experience in labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum (LDRP) and Newborn Nursery
- Experience with charting in EPIC
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn phases.
- Perform triage, labor management, immediate vaginal recovery, postpartum care, and newborn care/resuscitation.
- Assist, scrub, and circulate for vaginal and C-section deliveries.
- Utilize external/internal fetal monitoring, recognizing and treating abnormal fetal heart patterns.
- Manage postpartum hemorrhage, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, and magnesium sulfate therapy.
- Start and maintain IVs and manage epidurals.

Compliance / Notes
- Candidates within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted.
- Candidates cannot have more than 10 days of requested time off (RTO).
- Background checks are reviewed case-by-case.
- Return staff policy: 1 year.
