Location: US-MA-TEWKSBURY-TB4, 836 North St, Innovation Bldg, Tewksbury, MA Date Posted: 2026-07-01 Position Role Type: Hybrid Security Clearance: None/Not Required Position Summary Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team supporting the Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area as an M4. The successful candidate will lead the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of Upgrade, Spares and In-Country Technical Assistance Programs. Works closely with the Program Manager and in-country leads to support TA and PMO staff operating in Bahrain and Kuwait through the RAYSEAS subsidiary. Key Responsibilities Multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis Coordinate the development of Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting and funding planning while maintaining standard company tools and processes Implementation and maintenance of Earned Value Management Support proposal development and program start-up activities Qualifications – Must Have BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years finance work experience Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems Qualifications – Preferred Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Experience with Proposals Ability to meet critical deadlines and work in a team environment to provide solutions and continuous process improvement Employment Details Hybrid role with regular onsite and offsite work. Commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. Relocation assistance is not provided. Position is U.S.-based; if the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. The salary range for this role is $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
