*Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative* *Role Overview*
* *Start Date:* September 14, 2026
* *Location:* (100% Remote)
* *Shift:* Open availability required between *7:45 AM - 10:00 PM* (local time); Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
* *Work Arrangement:* Remote
*What You'll Do*
* Assist customers with account creation, password resets, document uploads, and general account support.
* Handle inbound phone calls and online chat inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
* Verify customer eligibility, explain healthcare coverage options, and resolve issues through effective problem-solving.
*Qualifications*
* Fluent in both *Spanish and English*.
* Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
* Strong computer navigation and software troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
* Recent, stable work history with strong professionalism and communication skills.
* Backgrounds in customer-facing retail, hospitality, or food service may also be considered.
* Must be comfortable learning new systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.
