Global Marketing Director, Navtemadlin (Hematology/Oncology)

Ipsen seeks a Global Marketing Director to lead commercial strategy and brand development for Navtemadlin, a pipeline oncology asset. The role involves developing global launch plans, managing cross-functional partnerships, and supporting affiliate teams across markets, with particular emphasis on US market readiness.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global brand strategy, commercial activities, and marketing initiatives for Navtemadlin launch
Create lifecycle communication plans and omnichannel engagement campaigns with defined KPIs
Partner with affiliates to align local market perspectives with global strategy and support launch preparation
Lead market research initiatives and develop customer insights on patient journeys and stakeholder needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, and Communications on integrated programs

Requirements

Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical marketing experience
Significant oncology marketing background and experience
Demonstrated pre-launch and pipeline asset support experience
Global marketing and product launch execution experience
Proven track record across multiple product lifecycle stages
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Strategic marketing expertise in launch, branding, analytics, and targeting
