About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People to join their team. This executive leadership role is pivotal in shaping the organization's human capital strategy during a phase of significant growth and acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling HR infrastructure, integrating talent and culture, and serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions such as talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, leadership development, and HR technology. The role demands a strategic leader who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning, lead post-acquisition people integration, and create scalable HR processes that foster organizational growth and a unified culture. The ideal Head of People for the company will be a hands-on, foundational executive with a proven track record in a similar role. They should be adept at developing and implementing HR strategies that support a growing, multi-entity organization. The role requires a candidate who can drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and promote a strong, cohesive company culture. A background in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry is a plus, as is experience with post-acquisition integration. The Head of People will be a key player in the company's success, and as such, they must be a dynamic leader with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
