Project Manager Job DescriptionSearching for a Project Manager for a professional civil engineering firm providing technical consulting services to County Governments, Municipalities, Developers, Industry, School Districts, Healthcare Providers, Architects and other private entities. The company is looking for motivated individuals wanting to join a progressive, rapidly growing firm. Columbia, Greenville, Hilton Head - SC Raleigh, Charlotte - NCQualificationsSeeking Project Managers with 6+ years experience.Applicants should be registered Professional Engineers. Knowledge of the design, permitting, and the construction process are necessary.Experience with a civil consulting firm and management of projects through all aspects of design, permitting, and construction are preferred.Working knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.Experience with Civil 3D and Land Development software a plus.Should possess good communication skills to work with co-workers, relate to clients and have very good organizational skills.Experience with the management and supervision of personnel.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include:Project management for commercial, residential, and industrial developments, industrial park designs, storm drainage system, water and wastewater systems, roadway design, and landfill design projects.Management of water and wastewater studies.Coordination of all aspects of projects, including permitting to various regulatory agencies, administration of bidding and award of projects, and construction administration and observation.
