As an IT Project Manager, Senior, you will guide multi‑disciplinary teams delivering complex IT and business‑modernization initiatives, ensuring projects translate the client's priorities into clear plans, measurable progress, and successful outcomes.You will manage work orders and project roadmaps, oversee execution across technical and functional domains, and help shape repeatable delivery models that align modernization, process improvement, and enterprise technology adoption. You’ll build trusted working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring project plans, risks, and decisions are communicated clearly and acted on with urgency and precision.In this role, you will drive coordination across engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and business teams to ensure project integration, resolve issues proactively, and maintain alignment across various groups. The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience with planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects, including business process modernization5+ years of experience with leading and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staffExperience working with Georgia Tech Authority or supporting a state or local client in GAExperience identifying risks and issues proactively, before they impact deadlines, standards, or cost targetsExperience with planning project stages and assessing business implications at each stageExperience working in Agile environmentsExperience navigating conflict among stakeholders or team members and resolving it directlyAbility to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor's degree Agile PMP, SAFe, or ITIL CertificationNice If You Have:Experience managing projects with complex schedulesExperience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) frameworksExperience with cloud-based platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with planning and leading major technology or COTS software assignments to inform technical and business decision-makersExperience supporting user adoption, training, or change-management for enterprise changePossession of strong written and verbal communication skillsVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
