Position Summary

The Facility Space Planner / Move Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and day-to-day management of workplace space, occupancy, and employee moves within the corporate facilities. This role works closely with business leaders, HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and vendors to ensure workplace changes are effectively planned and executed with minimal disruption to business operations.

 
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate floor plans, seating assignments, and occupancy data within AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM systems; developing space plans and move scenarios; coordinating employee and departmental moves, adds, and changes (MAC); supporting space utilization and occupancy analysis; and coordinating furniture, technology, and vendor requirements. The position also serves as a key point of contact for workplace requests and helps ensure spaces are properly planned, documented, and ready for employee use.

 
The ideal candidate has experience in corporate space planning, facilities, workplace services, or move coordination, with strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. Experience with AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM systems is preferred.

Position is a 3-6 Month Assignment with possibility to convert to Full-Time.

Work Conditions

• This role requires on-site presence five (5) days per week.
• Occasional travel may be required to support regional facilities or special projects.
• Standard business hours apply; extended hours may be required during moves or project deadlines.
