Telehealth Coordinator

To enhance referral processes and improve collaboration, the full-time Telehealth Consultant will work remotely to manage relationships with referring providers, facilitate team goals, and oversee project management initiatives within the Telemedicine department. Key responsibilities Collaborate with referring providers and internal divisions to improve referral processes and communication strategies Build positive relationships with colleagues and serve as a liaison to enhance teamwork and knowledge sharing Lead project management efforts, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables while monitoring progress and outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
