Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Perform meticulous documentation of clinical services, including initial assessments, treatment plans, ongoing evaluations, and case notes, adhering to company policy and best practices.

• Engage with clients through creative therapeutic interventions designed to help them achieve and exceed their personal recovery goals, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Maintain regular communication with a diverse array of stakeholders including families, case managers, and medical professionals to coordinate care and address additional needs.

• Participate actively in weekly clinical team meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate on outreach initiatives within the community, building networks and relationships that foster greater awareness of the services offered by Harmonia Persona Healthcare Services.

• Complete a minimum of 25 client visits weekly, ensuring a balanced workload that allows for effective service delivery and personal well-being.

• Provide direct clinical services through both in-person and virtual settings, maintaining a welcoming and therapeutic environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients entering our detox center, often facing the challenges of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You'll work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering therapeutic relationships that empower clients on their journey to recovery. Understanding the complexities of the diverse backgrounds and identities of our clients is crucial, as you will tailor your interventions to accommodate their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this position.

• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage therapeutic boundaries with clients.

• Experience working with a diverse client base within the mental health field, specifically in substance use or detox settings.

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Office 365 applications, especially regarding documentation management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
