Salary Range : $362,375.00 to $461,055.00

Potential Premium Earnings : $59,556.00

• The earnings included in the salary range are contingent upon requisite Board Certification.

• Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
