Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with company protocols.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits weekly, providing effective therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Document clinical progress meticulously, including session notes and treatment plan adjustments, in line with our electronic health record system.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with case managers, medical professionals, and educational personnel to ensure integrated support for clients.
\n
• Utilize creative intervention strategies to empower clients to achieve their personal goals, utilizing evidence-based practice methodologies.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team-building activities to enhance professional development and cohesiveness.
\n
• Contribute to the positive culture of our team by sharing insights, achieving team objectives, and supporting your colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on delivering therapy to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. We welcome therapists who are culturally competent and passionate about serving marginalized communities, including BIPOC, LGBTQ, and bilingual individuals. Your role will significantly impact the lives of clients by promoting mental wellness and offering strategies that facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• An active LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license is mandatory.
\n
• Experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries in client relationships.
\n
• Comfort in working with a diverse client base and adaptability to varied mental health needs.
\n
• Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with digital platforms.

• Previous work in outpatient services with a focus on family systems therapy.
\n
• Interest in or experience with creative therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with the potential for a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
