Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses by engaging in active listening and clinical interviewing techniques.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, focusing on measurable outcomes and client progress.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring regular follow-ups to monitor treatment efficacy and client engagement.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or specialized therapists, when necessary to enhance client care.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively evaluate client progress and adjust treatments as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. Our ideal candidate will possess the skills to engage clients from different cultural backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and understanding to build strong therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona is essential.

• A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency with a variety of mental health issues.
\n
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques, with a commitment to culturally responsive therapy practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients, recognizing and respecting their individual experiences and backgrounds.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and telehealth technology for client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that promote inclusivity and responsiveness.

Compensation and Benefits\n
