We’re looking for someone who loves creating great guest experiences, knows how to bring out the best in a team, and leads with presence, care, and consistency. This role works closely with ownership and plays a meaningful part in shaping the future of the restaurant.

Italian restaurant experience and real interest in wine are strong pluses. We want a GM who works alongside the team and treats hands-on leadership as part of the job—not above it.

What you’ll do:

· Lead front-of-house operations and set the tone for every service

· Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team

· Maintain high standards for guest experience and daily execution

· Oversee scheduling, labor, ordering, and operations

· Partner with ownership and the chef on systems, goals, and menu direction

· Help shape a thoughtful Italian-focused wine and beverage program

What you need:

· 5+ years of progressive restaurant operations experience, including 3+ years as a GM or AGM in full-service

· Track record of building teams and holding standards

· Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership

· Experience with POS, inventory, and scheduling systems

· Valid driver’s license

· ServSafe certification and strong food safety knowledge

· Clear, professional verbal and written communication

· Italian cuisine or pizza concept experience, preferred

· Background in family-owned or entrepreneurial restaurant groups

· Interest in living in or relocating to a small-town or regional market

· Familiarity with Resy or a similar reservation platform
