Staffing Recruiter

Job Description As a Recruiter, you will operate within a dedicated team while working independently. This role focuses on recruiting candidates across all levels, managing end-to-end recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating recruitment efforts. Occasional travel to job fairs and recruiting events will be required, supporting proactive talent engagement. Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with an hour lunch. This is an IN OFFICE position and there will be days that over time is required. Responsibilities Source candidates through interviews Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks and sending candidate resumes out to companies Screen and assess candidates to match position requirements Conduct employment verifications on candidates Accept incoming phone calls and respond to emails in office Must be able to work in a fast paced and hectic environment Must have good documentation practices and be good with paper applications Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruitment with verifiable verification Experience recruiting in warehouse, manufacturing, drivers , Machine Operators, Laborers and clerical positions Proficient in interviewing techniques Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills Strong documentation skills Knowledge on Google Drive suite and microsoft office Effective time management abilities Company Description We work hand in hand with our clients to fill positions quickly and hire employees efficiently.
