Role Overview The Head of Growth will bring one of two brands to mainstream scale. T he brands are a better-for-you snacks or plant-based pest control. This is a P&L-minded operator role, you will be deep in the data on CAC, LTV, and payback models while simultaneously building the creative testing engine and experimentation culture needed to scale paid social profitably. The right person has managed meaningful Meta budgets, knows how to build and develop a team, and gets energy from the pace of rapid offer and funnel testing in a DTC environment. What You’ll Own DTC Unit Economics Reporting: Own and optimize CAC, LTV, payback windows, gross margin, and cohort analysis to guide strategic decision-making and growth efficiency. Team Leadership & Development : Build, develop, and lead a high-performing growth organization with consistent work rhythm, accountability, and performance standards. Paid Social Management: Oversee Meta spend while implementing performance frameworks, scaling winners, and improving return on ad spend. Creative Performance Team Building: Build and lead their creative performance function, including content strategy, creative testing, and rapid iteration processes. Offer & Funnel Testing: Design, test, and refine growth offers that improve conversion, drive efficiency, and maximize customer lifetime value. Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead end-to-end CRO initiatives across landing pages, PDPs, and the broader funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce leakage. Landing Page Development: Partner with product & design to create high-performing, test-driven landing experiences. Ruthless Experimentation: Build an experimentation culture grounded in data, speed, and rigor, with clear testing roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with finance, product, and creative to ensure alignment on unit economics, forecasting, and strategic growth priorities. Who You Are Analytical Operator: Deep expertise in CAC, LTV, gross margin, cohorts, and payback models; you make decisions grounded in DTC economics. Performance Marketing Expert: Proven experience managing $40M+ annual Meta budgets with measurable impact on scale and efficiency. Team Builder & Leader: Track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams across acquisition, creative, and analytics. Creative Strategist: Comfortable working closely with creative teams to produce and test high-velocity DTC creative that moves metrics. Conversion-Driven Thinker: Skilled in CRO, offer testing, funnel optimization, and landing page development.
