IAM Business Analyst

IAM Business Analyst ContractLocation: Tallahassee, Florida (5 days, onsite)We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and systems analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, and translating business needs into functional and technical solutions. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support enterprise applications, Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, system integrations, and software delivery throughout the development lifecycle.Qualifications3–5+ years of business and systems analysis experience supporting software development projects.Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns.Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Azure DevOps in an enterprise environment.Experience supporting public sector compliance initiatives or large-scale ERP transformation projects.Knowledge of change and release management practices.Professional certifications such as CBAP, CSM, CPM, or PMP are highly desired.ResponsibilitiesPerform business analysis activities, including research, current-state and future-state analysis, process modeling, and business process documentation.Conduct systems analysis and design by evaluating business requirements and developing functional and technical specifications.Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to define business needs, project objectives, and solution requirements.Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including entitlement management, target aggregations, certification campaigns, access provisioning, and SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations.Collaborate with project teams throughout the software development lifecycle, supporting application development, testing, implementation, change management, and release activities.Genius Road, LLC is proud to be a Certified Women's Business Enterprise, an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
