Recruiter Salary: $60,000–$70,000 We’re seeking a motivated Recruiter to join a growing organization and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across both corporate and field-based positions. Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership across multiple departments Recruit for a variety of corporate and field-based roles Help improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring strategies Join a collaborative, growth-focused organization with strong leadership exposure Opportunity to grow your recruiting and broader HR experience long term What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions Source, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offers Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting metrics, and ATS documentation Collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve the hiring experience What We’re Looking For 1+ years of recruiting experience , ideally with full-cycle exposure Experience within construction, homebuilding, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus Comfortable sourcing candidates and utilizing ATS/recruiting platforms Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency
