This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility while you operate within an outpatient office structure. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological states, identify underlying issues, and determine effective treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that respond to each patient's unique circumstances and mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to foster positive outcomes.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that promote personal growth, resilience, and coping strategies among patients.

• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists and other healthcare team members to coordinate and deliver holistic patient care.

Your role will primarily focus on adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license (LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT) to practice in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, highlighting your proficiency in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
